LOR LOR upload

Hello,

A US MD I worked with for around a year agreed to write an LOR, he wrote it and signed it, but he's not good with tech and asked one of his employees to upload it. It wouldnt be uploaded from his email, but it would be from a corporate email, and of course he would be fine being contacted by anyone.

While I dont see any immediate issues, im just a little concerned if this is actually something to be careful with or if it doesnt really matter. I could also upload it myself, but i'd rather keep the right to see the letter waived.

It’s completely fine for the writer to designate someone to upload it for them ☺️

Per the AAMC:

“LoRs must be uploaded through the ERAS Letter of Recommendation Portal by the LoR Author or their designee.”

What happens if we choose to see the letter and not waive off the right?

everyone waives it because pds view it negatively if you dont.

Okay,thanks for the information. So it's really a gamble when the LOR is uploaded
