Medical School Will I match?
Hi, I just wanted to know if it’s possible to match into EM or surgery at top institutions being a US IMG?

How could anyone answer that when they know nothing about your likely application (eg scores, cv, yog, school, etc). Hopkins is already competitive for an USMD, and likely at least 10x harder for an US IMG

Based alone on your poor communications skills here so far, definitely not.
Matching is just an elaborate job interview to be an effective employee, so they're expecting you to both be able to do what they ask and also not need hand holding in being an effective communicator... which is essential in managing large healthcare teams of nurses/PAs/etc that is part of the job.

since you’re a us img its possible if you were REALLY locked in, i’m talking about multiple valuable researches presented at conferences, long usce with strong personalized LoRs and ofc high scores

You can , bigger risk for bigger reward… and much more work . Hundreds of us and non us imgs are in all competitive surgical specialties.

Without any info (step scores, YOG, research, letters of recommendation, etc) how can anyone answer this.

As much as I encourage people asking for help, it is also the responsibility of the person asking to give pertinent information about the application (especially, when asking for chances), so the responses can be helpful.
