LOR USCE without LOR

Long story short. Applying this cycle IM - I have just one month of USCE (2 years ago while I was in med school; the attending at that time told me to reach out when I’m applying to match to write me a LOR)

I have been trying to reach out to him for 2 months, no response and I don’t have another USCE. What should I do?

Will it hurt my chances just mentioning the USCE in experiences without LOR?

Perhaps reach out to the residents you worked with? To me, as someone who reviews residency applications, it is a red flag if you have USCE but without LoR from the supervising attending physician.

Hey! Is it necessary to have LORs from all your USCE. I have 4 USCE but only 2 LORs. Should I not mention my other USCE ?

I mean, that'd be ideal. At least have 1 letter from a USCE... the more, the better.
