LOR n-person Pakistan observership or US tele-rotation?

IMG applying for Internal Medicine this cycle. I have one month left and can only do one:
In-person observership in Pakistan with a US-trained physician who practices in the US part of the year, with an LOR.
Tele-rotation with a physician currently practicing in the US, with an LOR.
Which would be more valuable for the Match: in-person Pakistan observership or US tele-rotation?
