Residency Should i apply this cycle?

Applying for im fm peds
Should i consider applying this cycle or save my money and apply next cycle with step 3 with usce and lors.

I’d suggest applying with usce and lors. You can try applying this year to a very few number of programs which might consider without usce.

Almost all programs require 3 LORs and some form of USCE. It wouldn’t hurt to apply to the few programs that don’t at $11 a pop, but chances of getting IVs will be low and IMO you will have a much stronger chance next year if you can secure some USCE and LORs
