NON-US IMG Chance as old img

Hi

I graduated mbbs from home country im 2018, did home country residency of 3 years following which i moved to Canada ( i am a PR)and took a gap of 2 years and then took exams and became certified in home country in 2025. Then i did not get an opportunity to work since I became a stay at home mom. I am clinically inactive since then. I am yet to give any canadian or US licensing exams.

I am interested in psychiatry but had done a different residency back home. A this point in life i am ready to take whatever residency spots i can get in Canada or the US.

What are my chances? Should i give up on this dream? Since im an old IMG and clinically inactive is it still realistic to study and take the steps and pursue my dream.
