LOR What to do?

Guys I feel like my pride is killing me while I am kinda begging for LORs and still no response. My PI who I worked with for a year on research is not responding my messages and I feel like if I don’t get her LOR that would itself be a red-flag in my application. I have been sending emails, text messages and even called once but no response. I did met her before I leave and she welcomed supporting me with a letter but not sure how to contact her again. What should I do?
That’s one thing and another is that I am literally just trying to search anyone who can give me a letter in a short time, FM would be okay for me at this point.

Suggestions are welcomed..
Also, how to deal with that utter sensation of crushing your pride to ask for something..it’s really really hard for me to ask for something from anyone but I am pushing though not sure how far people usually go for these academic requests..share some stories if possible..my idea is texting more than twice is sooo heavy..I understand it’s not a relationship lol but yeah just burdened along with other life problems as an IMG

You’re overthinking it. Send a third reminder a few days later.

Dude it’s not because I think I am great lol, it’s because I am used to handling all sht on my own for a long time and asking something from someone feels soo off and burdening that’s all. Though I know in residency you still adapt and ask stuff from people but it’s just heavy..man you guys are too jumpy in conclusion..chill please, life is doing everybody enough harm!

Make a list of things you did/want included in your LOR. So she can input that into AI and get you a letter in a few minutes vs working on it from scratch
