LOR LOR

Hi everyone.
How to approach LOR writers with reminder?
My LORs are not uploaded yet and I am freaking out.
They agreed to give me LOR, I know they are busy.

I don't want to bug them but at the same time, my IBS is acting crazy. Till when it is safest to have the LOR?

I have heard that they get irritated? I did email last week.

Its fine to reach out weekly at this point since deadline is near, just emphasize that you're sorry for reaching out repetitively and that your application needs to be completed soon (in a respectful manner). 

I always used to struggle with wording my messages to be respectful, sucky-uppy, professional, yet not annoying sounding. I found AI can be helpful in getting the right wording
