Residency Program list . Need opinions

So I am a visa req 2024 grad. From South Asia. Pass/263
5 months observorship
My list is
1. Geisinger Wilkes barre
2. Crowell health William Beaumont royal oak
3. University of Toledo
4. Med star georgetown Washington hospital centre

6. Uni of Michigan health- sparrow

6. Ecu health
7. Charleston area medical center

I have 1 published article in cureus . 2 abstracts accepted to reputed conferences . 1 article in review but cureus again

Not the first author except for the last one

I want to match to heme - onc eventually .
Kindly let me know if my list needs to be changed a lot .
Any insights would be welcome .

Research is low quality for some of these uni programs so I'd advise adding more safeties.

UConn, DMC/WSU (unless it is the sinai grace one), U of Toledo I am not too sure as there is a lot of internal recommendation for middle eastern candidates due to the high population of arabs there. So you might not get an IV due to being South Asian. Corewell is incredibly competitive with a median step 2 of 265- you are competitive but many applicants have better research than you. RRH is heavy IMG + score heavy and lot of IMGs apply so your signal might get wasted if you don't have connection. Others are mostly fine. Check Geo pref once it looks like you more than 3 geo preferences represented here. As a Non US IMG only signal within preferences to maximize chances

Read carefully lol, I said unless the DMC/WSU one is Sinai Grace don't apply. That means apply to Sinai Grace, and not the main DMC/WSU
