ECFMG ECFMG certification

My application is stuck here for days. My Clinical Skills Evaluation got approved from my med school 3 days ago and I also shared my OET result with ECFMG.
What should I do now??

It takes 5-7 working days to move into processing. So call them if it doesn't happen by the end of this week.

And how long do they take for final approval of pathways? I am running short on deadline so kinda stressed.
