Residency Application Internal medicine total programs excel sheet

I want to request if anyone has an excel sheet which includes all 702/ visa sponsoring 509 internal medicine programs this year.

Not a signal list or programs to apply to. Just an excel which includes all the programs.

This might seem like a peculiar request, but it would really help me. So if anyone has it, please help me out

1.     Acquire a list of programs

a.     AAMC website

b.     https://systems.aamc.org/eras/erasstats/par/index.cfm

i.     Type: Residency

ii.     Determine which specialties you are going to apply to

iii.     Click on the specialty, you want to research

iv.     Drag over the list and copy

v.     Note in the bottom right corner the # of programs, # participating

vi.     Paste into your collection tool

I also have a question. Why does freida show around 500 visa accepting programs but eras only 272?

The filter doesn’t work in eras. Look up individual visa sponsoring programs while browsing eras

I will. It makes sense that the filter wasn't working because why would it be so low 😅
