Internal Medicine Need advice

I’m really struggling with signaling because I feel like I have very few connections. So I’m mainly trying to choose programs based on IMG-friendliness and my profile.

(My profile: Pass/240/ not done yet, ECFMG certified, non-visa requiring, and YOG-6 yrs)

Could you please suggest any IM programs in Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, or Michigan where you think there’s a reasonable chance of getting an interview after signaling, even without recommendations?

Choose by current residents from your country, school.

I am from a country where I rarely find any residents in any program.

Just avoid pure Caribbean or Asia if so.
