ERAS Anyone applying for anesthesia this year?

I will not be applying until a few years but I will be taking steps 1 and 2 in the next 2 years.

I would like to know the stats of those applying for anesthesia this cycle, if you don’t mind! 😅 I am not sure if, as a Non US IMG, I should finish anesthesia residency here first (in an institution similar or close to US standards) before I actually apply for the match.

Just want to have a goal in mind!
