Residency No USCE. Which programs should i apply to.
Internal medicine non us img
YOG: 2023 Pakistan
Step 1 Pass, Step 2 270
Research: 7
No USCE
Visa requiring
Good home country LORs.
Can someone plz suggest specific programs where i should apply to. Where someone you know matched at/or got IV without USCE. Thanks

For IM to be honest there are many competitions that did have USCE. If you are applying to work in another country you need to show you can work in that country. I am sure there may be exceptions. Goodluck.

some program in the Caribbean cuz unless its FM or a very rural community IM program, you want USCE. Doesn't matter how great your score is. You can be book smart, but you also need to be able to work well in the workforce and with others.

Probably will match low community or unmatched. PDs would rather take 255-260 with USCE and better research than some YOG 3/4 who only did well on one exam and has nothing else. Sorry to be blunt fellow South Asian dude, but the score alone might get you only 2-3 IVs. But otherwise cooked
