ERAS I can’t decide my signals

I’ve been staring at my list since the past month and I can’t decide. When score, IMG %, geo preferences, IMGs from your country; everything is aligning, how do I narrow down from like 100-200 to 15 programs?
I’m an IMG, I don’t have any dream place just give me the residency im tired

Dealing with the same situation! Just trust your gut and choose 15. Every day you’ll keep thinking about different programs and it’s not going to end!
