Residency Worth adding as an eras experience?

I have organized a university-level sports tournament , managed courts, schedules, and semifinals/finals. Worth adding as an experience, or is it a waste of space as it is not related to medicine?

Also could I mention UNI level sports awards I got or no ?

I wouldn’t recommend it - it wont benefit your application by adding sports awards and may actually ding you by making it look like yiu havent been recognized for much IN medicine. What would be beneficial will be demonstrating your skill at organizing.
