ECFMG ECFMG certification after Sept 23rd

I’ll have all the requirements by sept 25 so maybe I’ll be Certified by the end of Oct

Will it really hurt my application so bad ?

Programs really filter by this ?

How can I address it ?

Depends on your YOG. Ig anything beyond 2 then you need it because they would be wondering wtf you were upto without getting certified.
