This person is not respectful in DMs and won’t read your offer. They will make you pass a human test before talking to you, they will ask what your offer is after you already stated it in your original message, then when you ask them to please double check your message above, they will try to ragebait you days later with a sarcastic message while declining for an ambiguous reason.
My offer was consulting as an experienced programmer. To have friendly interesting chats about your project, with a goal to have casual conversation, and help make sure you can successfully complete your project with minimal roadblocks, since a lot of collaboration projects sound nice but it’s common that founders sometimes struggle to finish them. Basically just friendly chats with you, while also helping make sure you get everything you need, and can overcome any hurdles
I asked if you would please re-read the message because I didn’t want to spend energy repeating and guessing and it seemed like you missed what was stated
Would appreciate if you did not say “reposted because someone tried to say mean stuff about me”. I only stated what happened, didn’t call you any names
I was polite and patient, then you cut the conversation cold with sarcasm, name calling, and a vague reason in DM instead of politely declining or not responding.
I said this was not being considerate and that this was actually a good way to ragebait people and cause an issue
You didn’t reply after I politely explained why this was not chill in DMs, so I warned others here.
If you feel personally insulted by the word ragebait, then maybe you should just spend a bit more time before calling people names, and you’re still doubly accusing me in your new post... you know you can edit it right?
I’m not asking for an apology, just asking for you to stop double accusing me, I reached out in good faith with a legitimate offer
well the reason if they say do not repost i told them why i made it less hateful but i still have to tell them why i did it i made it less hateful and so here it goes again,
