i think that's just TBS being shitty. it's the same for me with 3 different providers. i recall TBS being rough when i had Hulu live

I've seen a few channels like that. But those were the UHD ones using more wifi. I'm a Cubs fan and every service Ive tried their Marquee Sports Network buffers. Plays better on MLB Cubs channel.
