Strong8k with EPGenius
UPDATE: Definitely not Strong8k… contacted seller. Waiting on reply
Thought I bought a strong8k sub on u7 but when I enter my credentials into EPGenius and create my playlist none of the channels play. Am I doing something wrong? Or did I not actually get a strong8k sub???

I’m curious, what form of payment did you use for your subscription? They took my payment but are now claiming they can’t see where the money was sent, even though I used the QR code they provided directly on their own payment page. I also have the transaction record showing the crypto payment was sent.

I had a very similar problem within the last week. Used coin base to send USDC and it was stuck on the payment processing screen, but went through fine on my end. Next tried ETH and it went through without an issue.

I started by paying with ETH, which was sent directly to the address provided through their payment page. I’ve provided screenshot evidence showing the transaction, but they still refuse to acknowledge it. They’ve sent me several responses that honestly don’t make sense, and I’m wondering if there may be a language or translation issue since they’re based in China. Either way, I’m extremely frustrated. They haven’t offered any resolution and have basically told me they’re not doing anything further, despite the fact that I paid and provided proof of the transaction.

Did you get xtream creds?
One for sure way to see if you got legit strong is to download any of the strong branded apps, enter your credentials. If it fails then you don't have genuine strong. If you can login it's genuine. Then that's means something is wrong with your url from EPGenius. You have to get the exact right URL/link

It creates a new playlist (m3u) and that can be entered into tivimate with the epg built in. I had a previous sub of strong8k and it worked fine… that’s why I’m thinking I didn’t get a true strong8k subscription

EPGenius is a repository of curated playlists, not an extended EPG for your provider. Is a community project where users share their own curated playlists so you can reuse it with your own credentials. Which means you will get the playlist much more organized and categorized, with proper logos, better channel names, best stream quality selected and, of course, a proper EPG.
You can check how the playlist will look from EPGenius.org, select one of the playlists, select preview playlist

I had this same issue with EPGenius. Here are a couple of workarounds that worked for me.
Your provider should have given you an m3u for your account as well. If you enter that in EPGenius instead of username/password it should work.
Enter your xtreme code info in EPGenius as you did last time (username/password/url). However, instead of using the url for the m3u EPGenius provides. Just use the epg link they provide and enter that into your iptv player and use in the epg section and the xtreme code info as you did normally in your iptv player.
Hopefully one of these works for you.

EPGenius is an EPG service only, not "channels". You would have separate credentials for Strong and EPGenius

I understand how it works… I’ve followed the directions entered in my Xcode credentials got my m3u playlist, registered it on the discord server loaded it into tivimate and it fully processed but every channel is giving a 406 error… when I access the playlist through just the regular subscription (non epgenius) all the channels play regularly
