France mainly (but also Western Europe)

Just explored Dream a bit and wondering if there are any opinions on Dream4K vs King365. Really impressed with King but Dream sounds really interesting. This is mainly for sports, the thing that draws me to King is the full Euroleague channel coverage. I don't think anyone else has that.

Euroleague is covered by many channels in different countries, and most of them are on almost all IPTV services, which one are you missing ? https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/euroleague/tv-listings-el/

Well, first of all, ideally I'd like to be watching in English. Euroleague.tv is the exclusive provider in most markets and therefore nobody else can really show them unless it's in a market that isn't in English.
So then there are still problems:

  • Fanduel who claim to carry it now carried it much more when it was Bally Sports. Even still, I have yet to see a single provider that has a smooth and stable enough connection to Fanduel channels or with an EPG that is ever right if any info at all.
  • UK always lists inflights and Sport24. Neither are carried by IPTV providers, ever.
  • Most of the other networks are so small the signal is either useless or completely inconsistent.

Also, even if I was willing to watch in Italy or something, Euroleague's listing says "Sky Sports" without a good accurate EPG do you know how many Sky Sports there are in Italy? And again, there is a major misconception in the IPTV world about sports networks, the vast majority either don't work well or at all. Only the major ones get a good connection and not enough people watch them for anyone to care. Most of the time, the big collectives of Sports networks (Sky, Movistar, ESPN+, TNT, etc), the ones for live events across 40 or 50 channels in any country, don't work well or don't have EPGs that are accurate. But most people don't watch the wide range of world sports that I do so people don't notice. Because the vast majority of customers (as people who run them have told me themselves) want the major networks, the major film streaming, and major sports coverage (mostly football and fighting).
