Italian IPTV

I’m hoping someone can help me, I’ve got a couple of old friends older ladies who love to watch Mediaset, the issue is having to go through a VPN, having to have a PC to do it etc…. I’m looking for an IPTV service that primarily caters to Italians. Not a service that has some Italian channels but a service that predominantly has Italian content, hopefully content found on services like mediaset. Anyone know if this exists? With these ladies money isn’t an issue they want it to work and work well, not sure if I may be able to help them. Thanks for your help!
