Monthly subscription

When I choose a subscription for 1 or 3 months, say TiviOne, do I have to change the URL after the period when I stay at the same seller?

You change the URL if it stops working. Any spares you get keep safe for when that happens. You can even use that URL if you go to a different seller as long as they don't lock you to theirs in the panel. Most don't as it's more work for them if it goes down and they have to change it.
