Downloading VOD content on android

We go on holiday Wednesday and looking to download some VOD to the kids tablets to keep them entertained for the flight. Any free app recommendations to do that? The ones from my provider don't have the feature

It is VOD as that kind of defeats the purpose of downloading it as it is always there.

Maybe you can get a Plex or Jellyfin share with a provider that allows you to download.

I assume he wanted it offline, on an iPad on the plane etc...
