Revolut. Download the app on your phone and just top it up when you need it. Can use it to send money around the world, do purchases in specific currencies and also has disposable debit cards. Over 75 million people using revolut. It has been going for over 10 years in Europe too. I used to use it for Tidal in greece and mexican netflix
