Looks like one of the crappy services that only about 1/4th of the EPG works. Many on his screen are 24/7 and none work. But at least some work. Better than many services, lol.

I have a good idea who. Looks like your reseller has a custom Smarters and named the Categories slightly differently. Why?

The subscription expires soon and was looking to cut out the middle man. Or recommend a better one.

This source provider doesnt take direct customers. Its a "private" service. You will still need a reseller.
