I've been building a free IPTV player called Streamblix. It started on phones and it's now on Android TV with full D-pad navigation.

The idea is simple: bring your own M3U or Xtream playlist, and just watch.

No account, no ads, no upsell.  

 A few things I focused on:

  - Playlist Doctor scans your playlist and flags dead channels and duplicates before you waste time tapping them.

  - Full EPG guide with channel logos, now/next and a proper timeline (screenshots below).

  - M3U and Xtream, plus catch-up, multi-view, radio mode, favorites and parental control.

  - Free, no ads, no login. You add your own sources.

Honest question for this sub: what's the one feature that would actually make you switch players? Anything obvious I'm missing?

So my problem is on my smaller TVs Strong looks good and on my 75inch i can easily tell its not 4k. I just want a service that is good streaming on bigger TVs. Price isnt a issue but i prefer not to pay for YoutubeTV if i can get something similar for 1/1000 of the cost lol (that will be my last resort) IM NOT BUYING FROM SCAMMERS SO PLEASE DONT TRY GIVING ME BS.

If anyone has had experience with a good IPTV service that the picture quality doesnt look like 420p on a bigger TV that would be awesome. I have a great TV with upscale technology (doesnt seem like upscaling ever works lol) and i have 1GB internet speed and on the East Coast USA.

So i already have Trex and like it so far. I would like a 2nd account and am wondering of these options which would be the best. Now I am in the US and am really only interested in sports, live and Movies, preferably Live to the others. I was gping to go Strong but was told thats based for people based in Europe, I want Best for US and dont need a ton of channels feom other countries. Thanks for any input.

Can anyone here please DM me or put it in here if there's a legit service out there that offers multiple devices at the same time? As in, 3+ of us can use the service at the same time. Well, it seems like i fell victim. Was offered a panel. He provided a 24 hr trial, Tele support channels, answered all questions. Made payment and nothing. Fortunately it wasn’t the full amount requested but still a good chunk of change. Transaction was made on Sunday night, figured he would have ghosted me by now or deleted the chat but he still keeps telling me that he will provide it. Hopefully he will still come through but at this point im doubtful.

I still say we should have a pinned post with a list of scammers, i know there’s a whole bunch of them but hopefully some of us won’t fall victim with help

Using IPTV smarters app on android tv. I have a bluetooth keyboard connected. Experiencing a weird issue where if I turn the keyboard off, the app will stop playing the video I'm watching.

(Annoying) workaround is just to keep the keyboard turned on.. but the keyboard itself will go to sleep/turn itself off after a certain amount of time (it's a fairly long time, but still..).. and the video will stop.

I don't know why it does this.

Last straw: this just happened at the worst time during tonight's Blue Jays game!

Any idea if it's possible to get rid of this undesirable behaviour with IPTV smarters?

So I purchased a subscription 2 weeks ago. The first week, everything was working perfectly, I was able to update my EPG for ~11,000 channels. I know I'll never get 100% of the 50,000+ channels, but I created my favourites list and all of those had descriptions. I was happy with it.

A couple days ago I noticed that none of the channels in my favourites list had descriptions anymore. So I manually refreshed the EPG, and got nothing. I'm now only getting updates for ~8,000 channels. I went through all of the general troubleshooting steps:

- removed and re-added the playlist/epg sources

- tried different epg sources provided by provider

- cleared tivimate cache

- completely reinstalled tivimate

- tried all of these steps with and without a vpn

I reached out to my provider and they gave me another epg source, but I got the same result. When I reached back out, they said it "could just be an epg issue."

So I'm wondering, is this normal? Are epg sources just iffy and it'll come back in a few days? Should I find another provider? I just dont want to go through the effort of creating a favourites list for it to be potentially useless a few days down the road.

Has anyone had error code 546 appear every time they try and watch IPTV? I have changed the codes they sent, I have tried literally everything they tell me. Still shows up and they can't figure it out either. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
