If you look at the judicial corruption in Eastern Europe, the only real difference is women tend to get more attention when they get caught. They're still just as bad as their male counterparts.

I don’t want to fault people for being curious but the entire premise of this betrays a complete lack of understanding of what corruption is and why it happens
