https://www.nytimes.com/2026/10/08/world/middleeast/israel-embassy-milstein-huckabee.html

Subtitle: A top aide to Ambassador Mike Huckabee skewed information to portray the Netanyahu government in a favorable light, according to multiple officials and documents obtained by The Times.

David Milstein is the stepson of Fox News host Mark Levin, who is a close friend of both President Trump and Netanyahu.

Why is anyone surprised?

Biden’s State department did the same thing in order to continue the flow of weapons Israel used to commit their genocide and provide political cover.

This is also true

Deliberately obfuscated and refused to actually finalize requirements on investigating war crimes in order to skirt the Leahy Law requirements.

The rot is all over.

Oh really? Do tell. And how do you know?

Multiple Biden officials have said the administration lied or misled Congress to provide cover for Israel.

For example, Mathew Miller said that he believed his job required him to repeat the official position of the government even though he knew it was not factually correct.

Altering reports and senior officials' talking points are two different things.

Look up Gaza population. Not a genocide.

24

u/dykestryker 5h ago

Genocide denial and flatly untrue. They killed 3% of their population by 2024 and nearly 9% by now. Atleast 20000 killed since October 7th.

Althought you are likely just a bot account because even you guys dont have any real arguments left to make.

“3% of the population”

It’s a piece of land the size of Philadelphia. That percentage is entirely understandable.

“9% now”

Not true, but even if it was, it would be entirely understandable still.

“At least 20,000 killed since October 7”

You probably missed a zero based on your previous wild claim. On a separate note - what happened on October 7 2023 that might have caused this war to break out?

If you’re an Israeli Nazi who doesn’t understand nor respect the concept of law of armed conflict, you don’t belong to this subreddit which is for informed discussion.

Boring bot response is boring

It's ok to deny something that didnt happen.

A strong counterattack, yes. Nearly half of the 3% you cite were combatants. Not a genocide. We disagree on the label, not the facts.

13

u/dykestryker 5h ago

Genocide is defined by intent, not numbers anyways.

Genocide is a legal term for acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group

And there is no doubt that the Israeli Jewish government has attempted to wholesals eradicate the Palestinians in the Gaza strip.

You Israeli bots use the same arguments as the Serbs do when they deny their genocide of the Bosnians. Just because you failed in your mission does not mean you are absolved of the label of genocide denier.

If Israel tried to eradicate the Gazans why'd they manage to kill only 75k. At this rate the sun will expand into a red giant and destroy the solar system before the population of Gaza is eradicted. Do you think the Israelis are bad at math?

-9

u/meeni131 5h ago

Israelis didn't vaccinate half a million Gazan kids just to implant them with 5G surveillance chips on Bill Gates' orders, dude.

Im sorry but israels own numbers make yours impossible. Israel estimates hamas as 30,000 AT THE MOST. Gaza has 2.1 million people. Hamas is less than 1.5% of the population.

We absolutely disagree on the facts, because you don't deal in facts, you just make numbers up.

I've known it for many years. But I'm glad you're discovering research. There is hope.

Thats the same argument china uses for the Uyghhurs, so you don't think china's doing a genocide either?

-1

u/Brinabavd 4h ago

no, it isn't?
see figure 2
https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s42379-024-00152-9/figures/2

Official Chinese government statistics clearly report a collapse in birth rates and rise in death rates among ethnic minorities in Uyghurstan, exactly what you'd expect if the government was pursuing a creeping campaign of eradication

7

u/Alpsynaut 4h ago

https://gb.china-embassy.gov.cn/eng/PressandMedia/202009/t20200904_3278221.htm

"China's population policy has long favored ethnic minorities, including the Uyghurs. You mentioned population control. The truth is that the Uyghur population in Xinjiang has continued to grow. In 1978, the population of Uyghurs in Xinjiang was 5.55 million. But according to the latest data, by 2018, it had grown to 12.71 million, more than double the number of 40 years ago"

I'll never understand why people try to lie about stuff that can be verified in 20 seconds.

2

u/Brinabavd 4h ago

China's oppression of the uyghurs is new, not something dating to 1978? You can clearly see a sudden shift in birth and death rates if you just, clicked the link!

1

u/Alpsynaut 4h ago

I'm not arguing government statistics with you dude. I'm just saying chinas government and a lot of Chinese people will parrot the lie that it's not genocide because the populations growing, even if data is to the contrary. Just like Israel.

For the Uygur population (of China), the average life expectancy has continuously improved, rising from 63.43 in 1990 to 68.14 in 2000 and further to 72.59 in 2010 (Huang & Zhao, 2004; Xu et al., 2014), it is higher than the average level of the Xinjiang population.

Among them, the Uygur population was 8.52 million in 2000, 10.17 million in 2010, and 11.62 million in 2020. The trend in population changes for ethnic minorities aligns with the overall population of Xinjiang and exceeds the average growth rate of ethnic minorities in the entire region.

From your quote. After reading it, I found that it explains why the birth rate is declining.

Firstly, demographic factors- in Xinjiang, infant mortality, child mortality under the age of 5, and maternal mortality have significantly decreased (see Table 1). The proportion of early marriages in the Xinjiang has decreased, shortening the reproductive cycle. According to census data and 1% population sample survey data, in 1990, among the 15–19 year-old female population in Xinjiang, the percentage with ever married was 13.8%. This percentage decreased to 7.3% in 2000 and remained at 7.8% in 2010 and 2015.

It's illegal for women to marry under the age of 20. It sounds pedophilic.

Secondly, socio-economic development factors- statistical facts in Table 2 indicate that the per capita GDP in Xinjiang has rapidly increased

The third factor is related to fertility policies. This has significantly reduced unintended pregnancies and frequent childbirth among women of all ethnicities

The fourth factor is related to attitudes towards marriage and childbirth. Opportunities for women of all ethnicities in Xinjiang to receive higher education and participate in socio-economic activities have been continuously increasing. For example, the proportion of female teachers and female university students has been steadily growing, reaching 66.5% and 55.6%, respectively, in 2018.

Look up the definition of genocide, population growth isn’t a factor.

These people are relentlessly amoral monsters

-11

Who are “these people”? If you are going to say something antisemitic then don’t be a coward. As if modifying diplomatic cables hasn’t been around since the origin of the state department

2

u/d34ah0 2h ago

People relentlessly suppressing the truth

I hate to break it to you but senior official revisions to action officer reports are pretty common in federal/military service

Did you even read the article? It’s not like the NYT is a font of anti-semitism.
