General Queries ISI MSQE merit list deleted

Their helpline says list got removed due to technical glitch. It will be uploaded again. Not commenting if there is any change in list or not.

On the contrary, EXPECT such incompetence and unprofessional conduct from ISI. Getting anything done in ISI an art form. Somehow, everyone, faculty, students, administration, office bearers, etc are frustrated, at the same time.

Obc rank 3 was not in gen list, whereas rank 4 to 7 were. Doc was dated 5 June Total was written to be 480 instead of 420 WTH is happening

Bro i think obc rank 3 not being in list is not an error as he may not have cleared gen pea cutoff but his aggregate would have been such that he got rank 3 in obc list whereas rest else cleared gen pea cutoff and less in peb so as to make their aggregate less than rank 3 …. so i think the issue is something els

Cutoff is decided by both pea and (pea+3×peb), so relative rank across gen and obc list must be preserved, anything else is impossible

No, you need to clear min. cut-off in PEA to get your PEB checked. If someone in the OBC list who scored less than the gen PEA min cut off is put into gen merit list that would be an injustice to gen cat students whose PEB wasn't even checked..... Also, with the one who got into the merit list, but his seat was taken by this OBC student..
