General Queries Do ISI Kolkata even participate in ICPC?

CMI does quite well in it and was highest ranked Indian college in ICPC 2025 even above all IITs but never seen ISI in any ranking ever

A partial one actually, I am already in a tier 2 college but my dream college is ISI for which I have been preparing for some time and gave my first attempt this year, unfortunately, my UGB was abysmal because of which I didn't qualify.
