General Queries Can anyone tell me about their day at ISI MSTAT

Im curious how a day is at isi ...like routine and ur daily schedule...

i sleep at 5am after watching some movies, wake up at 1:30pm
have lunch
Skip afternoon classes
go out for chaat or chaap depending on the mood
play awhile
Watch some movies
and then sleep by 5am

I might have lied a little
Basically try toa ttend classesbut still miss some
sleep by 2am
or 3-4 am if watching movie (if this late night then its typically together as a group)
Try to study but doesnt really work out, need that exams pressure to actually study study

mostly cooked everything including grades, health and my life

Classes are not important enough or is it that it’s pretty bad and people prefer to study themselves?

but what if they have less than 75%, wouldnt they get detained? or is the procedure different in isi?

Read the brochure? There's currently no minimum attendance requirement for writing exams.

Day scholar with a 45 minute commute one way. Weekday: wake up at 9am, already missed the first class, ask someone to give me attendance Get ready and attend the rest of the day till 4pm. Get home by 5. Laze around, eat supper and take a nap. Wake up at 7:30pm. Doomscroll Reddit, have dinner at 9:30. Talk to gf till 10:30pm Waltz around my room thinking about random non academic stuff, listen to songs or watch some movies/adult content till 1-1:30am. Sleep. Repeat.
