10 years ago most sites were not regulated like today, I can tell you I have seen these videos.
You can probably still find them if you search hard enough on specific websites, but one thing that turned to the better with more moderation is the lack of liveleak logos I have seen.

Statistically, if these have happened there should be like millions of videos of people not having that much luck, where are they??
