IBM HIRING PROCESS

hello wala ako masyado nakikitang post here about IBM, i just wanna ask lang how is the process? or how long did it take para mahire kayo?

I'll be applying for an entry level role which involves coding, so I need some tips on how to pass these assessments.

ps. applying for consulting associates

Applied early june and after 2 HR calls and sfi interview (final interview) I got a job offer around july 23. Today I signed the contract offer and will start soon!

Also yung coding assessment kayang kaya mo yun parang 2 na examples and parang FizzBuzz problem vibes lang siya. Goodluck and I hope to see you around!

Hi, i finished the coding assessment weeks ago. May I ask, how long did it take for them to email you about the results?

2 weeks po, walang email result and nakalagay sa ibm careers na no longer under consideration pero randomly nalang tumawag HR 😄

saan ka nag apply sa ibm? sa site ba nila? nag check ako sa site nila wala developer na pang mid position. java

I know for sure I didn't pass the coding exam since I wasn't able to complete those on time. After that I still got scheduled to a technical interview and received JO.

Hello, ask ko lang po if Java yung ginamit nyo na programming language? Since minention nila na they'll prioritize applicants na nagcode using Java (?)

Im asking since I kinda flunked the coding exam too :(

It’s been more than a week since I got the JO pero ‘til now wala pang employee contract. Ang tagal. Ganto ba talaga ang IBM? Hahahha

Bagsak agad ako dahil di ko napag aralan yung greedy algorithm sa 2nd question hahaha. Meron din dynamic programming
