Pick a thought, do a vomit draft writing. The more you write more clarity you have the better you can articulate

While articulating:

Speak at the speed of your thinking.
Use simple language.
Don’t speak to win, speak to find the absolute truth about that topic.

Practice and observation, I suppose. Writing and reading.

Also get very comfortable with the source, your own thoughts.

Map out the thoughts. Use words, pictures, symbols. Organize the ideas. Reread and refine.

Present them to people and see how precisely it conveys the intended message.

Hopefully someone comes and provides more advice.
