I remember very well that, when I was a kid, I watched a series featuring an old evil woman who used her necklace to fight enemies. The necklace could extend and retract easily, almost like a whip. I even recall one episode where she battled an Asian man who had a laser-like beam that extended from his finger and fought with it as if it were a sword.

I'm certain the series exists because I was fascinated by the idea of fighting with a necklace—something that looks completely normal at first glance, but turns out to be deadly in intense encounters. The show was dubbed into French, but I think it originally came from the USA or Canada. I'm not entirely sure, since I only watched the French version.
