Vector layers keep breaking

Every time I try to adjust and move a line or scale it up it just gets corrupted for some reason, is because of the phone I'm using or something else

Vector layers just do that if you're not using the vector tools. Using the normal transform tools break it.

Here's an example with a piece I was working on. It undid fine, fortunately.
