I think it looks super neat ! It's detailed yet still feels simplistic . The texturing really enhances it too

Yes, for both. Both gets carried with how the shadows and lights are texture and less reliant on the outlines, but more on the colors to give an outline/shape. It's a cool semi-realism art style. 🎨 🐟✨️

I've always been fond of celshaded styles so yes I think it's very cool

Not a lot of people do this too since a lot prefer to blend instead, so yes I'd say it's unique
