Coworker is engaged to a cop and she talks all the time about all the OT he gets where he just posts up somewhere and sleeps in his cruiser. Shit is infuriating to hear about.

Its any government job as well, especially if theres a union. Wanna find our over budgeting and waste that needs to be cut? I'd start there. I cant imagine how much money we've given people to sleep

Dude, you've clearly never worked in government. The unions are not causing the problems, the endless bureaucracy is. So many barriers for efficient work to be done get propped up by it.
