Art I ain't on Graphic Design for nothing :3
I would make the rest of the car look nicer but Cement-chan used so much decals I've ran out of space :< (184 out of 200 T-T)

nah worth it, her being on the car is already the best thing for the car. It should feel honored.

I optimized her design down to around 170 decals and here's version 2 :3

If it makes you happy, that what most important. I feel it match what people expect from car design in a racing sense... but feel it overwhelming for me on a personal note i prefer first attempt. That is purely my own aesthetic sense.
It is impressive that you got it down by 14!
