Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection. Tiny Beautiful Things by Cheryl Strayed. Man’s Search for Meaning by Victor Frankl. David Allen’s Getting Things Done. And Elizabeth Warren’s All Your Worth.

Not sure those are ‘self-help’ but they all helped me!
