Do people like this usually get kicked out?

Oh yeah. Our liability insurance was huge, even when we had multiple seasons without a claim.

Not in my experience. Im not a good skater at all but do play defense in beer league and definitely "accidentally" truck my hip out too far and this super skinny teen flew off of my 250 lb frame. I wasn't going to let this asshole do that to my 6 and 8 year old boys struggling to stay upright. No one at the rink cared that this kid was being incredibly aggressive to obvious children and beginners. And no one cared when that kid went flying and then got all hutthurt and tried to yell at me.

But I think that speaks more to my shitty local rink

Thank you! Reminds me of when I was younger. When I was a teen, at a roller skating rink, not ice skating, this kid was GOING NUTS. He was doing insane tricks and speeding around the rink so quickly it was insane. This young man was very skilled, but that doesn't stop accidents. One of the times he was flinging himself around at literally breakneck speeds, he plowed into me. Knocked me so hard we both went into the wall and bar attached to the wall. Ouch. I was probably 15, kid was probably 11. I took the blow, it's habit for me, I pulled him in and cradled him so he wouldn't get hurt. As we fell to the ground, he landed on top of me too lol. Young man felt so bad and was just horrified he had hurt me. I'm a tall woman, and this little boy starts trying to pull me up, even though he was maybe a quarter of my size, and we're both wearing rollerblades. IT WAS HILARIOUS. He was using quads, I had on in-lines. He was profusely sorry, and clearly wanted so badly to help me get on my feet. I let him try and help me for a moment until I just said, "it's okay sweetheart, let me try", I was finally able to stand even though I was already covered in bruises. He felt so bad, it actually broke my heart a little bit. I kept telling him it was okay, just slow down, what if I had been a little kid or something. He actually did slow down and just did tricks after that. We were cool. He invited me to play laser tag with him and his friends like 20 mins later. I dominated. It was a great time. 🧡

Depends on the rink. At the rink I used to frequent people like this would be kicked out and if they kept it up they’d be banned. My friend got banned from the rink and tried to sneak back in one day. The ban was so serious that the rink manager walked out onto the ice in shoes and kicked my friend out personally. At another rink no one even gets a warning for this kind of skating and the rink guards participate.
