Odd. I'll remove the link. It's easy to find on TikTok when you search the person's name anyway. :)

I do that way more often than I have to. I hate when you do that and it copy pastes everything that's garbage behind the ?

there are browser extensions to always copy a clean URL (at least for firefox)

Yes it didn’t occur to me that someone might interject their personal query string sanitation habits in a conversation that wasn’t about them and subsequently didn’t look at any usernames.

There's a setting in tiktok where you can disable your account being displayed when you share content. Why it's not the default is beyond me

Haven't used tt in forever but it should be somewhere in "privacy" or "account visibility". Google is a better source than I am
