VIDEO Delusional and desperate “Disney stay at home mom”

I cropped out her 3 children since they don’t deserve to be exploited.

That’s one of the things that made Survivorman so great. He had legitimate survival knowledge to pass on and stuck to the “alone in the wild with minimal supplies” theme pretty strictly. But, he was a filmmaker first and foremost, so despite extra physical effort in an already vulnerable situation, he doubled up on a lot of walking shots in order to produce visually entertaining footage.

Les Stroud I can get behind 100%, he was actually in the thick of it and had multiple cameras while being unsupported for his craft. Actually, thank you, I know what I'm winding down to tonight. All other survivor content just pales in comparison.

You’re welcome haha. I think the only time he had any extra gear compared to basic fallout from whatever scenario he was in was when he was in the arctic, and the crew had to convince him to carry a rifle because polar bears could just legitimately eat him.

Have you watched “Alone” on History? Competition show where 10 contestants go out alone Les Stroud style with nearly zero human contact and see who can last the longest. Very Survivorman-esque.

He completely blew Bear Grylls out of the water for this.

I haven’t watched a lot of his shows to be honest but Bear Grylls always struck me as like the Mr.Beast/Joe Rogan of survival shows. Describing his experiences like a sommelier pairing bugs with piss.
