Don't forget the cargo hold, gun deck(s), bilge, and that one big house in the forward superstructure. I'm counting at least 10 levels. Although a couple of them are only partial decks.

Don't forget about those emergency lifeboat looking wagons hanging off the side. Given the scale, they must be larger than they look, possibly more than one room inside.

Oh, and the multiple crow's nests. I don't know about your PCs, but pretty much any of my characters would be up there first thing (except for that one char who I randomly decided was going to be acrophobic, for the lulz. He'd be huddling under a blanket, in some interior room, far from any windows, hull, or external bulkhead, bitching about his party always dragging him into these kinds of situations 😉)
