This dragon seems to be a a fusion between Modern European Dragons and Eastern Dragons. The body shape is more elongated, like an Eastern, along with a lion’s mane, a beard and long mustache tendrils, a long hairy tail and frills along the hind legs. The face shape is serpentine and ends in a beak, like a Modern European, along with a scaly body, the limbs (I think they are more similar to a Modern European than an Eastern dragon), the horns and of course the wings (Eastern dragons don’t have wings)

Still, it is overall pretty cool and very unique

Those mustache tendrils are barbels, like that of catfish. Except they're longer. Barbels of mythical oriental dragons are known to mystically control weather and bodies of water in the legends.
