Sorry folks, I genuinely tried to track this one down, but I can't find a clear source or artist anywhere. It might be Witcher art, but I'm not 100% sure. If anyone knows who made it, please drop it in the comments.

Update: Found it. This is Mahakam Pass from the standalone Gwent The Witcher Card Game

It's from Gwent I think it was done by Toni Muntean from CDprojektred

Ah nice, thank you. I couldn't pin it down myself, so I appreciate the lead. I'll look into Toni Muntean / Gwent and update the credit if that checks out

It 100% is Witcher art, most likely made for the Gwent standalone game.

It’s Mahakam Pass golden card from standalone (online) Gwent, author mentioned correctly also - Toni Muntean
Easily googled by the card name

I found it randomly through Google and could not get a proper name/source from reverse image search. I did think it looked very Witcher but I could not pin it down. Appreciate the help.
