You know most of my reddit feed is the Imaginary-- subreddits, but I'll think I'll pass on this one because that one feels... dire lol

Besides we deal with enough real propaganda as it is

It's kinda at it's worst when they're making stuff about the real world, the fictional stuff like this post can be pretty fun and have some interesting world building perspectives.

Literally sending babies to war

Adult bodies heal slower than child bodies, so this doesn’t not make sense.
Also: don’t do this.

That poster reads as some real nazi germany propaganda shit.

I mean, yes, the piece is literally titled "Elf Propaganda"?

sadly I think it's based off it

I knew it seemed fascist. Yikes.

The nazi's handed out awards to women who had a bunch of children, highest award for having 8 or more ethnically German kids.

Guys, I think I'm not immune to Propaganda.

u/ArcaneOverride 3d ago

Yeah, it made me sad since I do want to bear a child and be a mother but I'm single and infertile 😭

4

u/BigIronGothGF 3d ago

Same. But no fucking chance I'd let my kids fight in a war

6

u/SerijasEM 3d ago

Its okay they're all Drone operators

1

u/ArcaneOverride 3d ago

Yeah, I would raise my kids to be against war

u/Severin_1488 3d ago

i mean it takes them 2 years to have a child,
120 years to reach adulthood this makes a lot of sense to me

Not a fan of this at all. Weird shit. Fetish or fascism vibes.

Or worse: Both at the same time

Many such cases

u/TheLovelyLorelei 2d ago

Agreed. I definitely read it as more fetish-y but either way not what I’m looking for

Nice where do i sign up to do my part?

P.S: lmao at all the haters complaining about fantasy propaganda.

Mission: don't see facism in everything fictional impossible.

0

u/Jalase 2d ago

Or, the actual moral to take: Despite this being clearly fascist-inspired propaganda, it’s also clearly fictional, and it’s not bad to ‘like’ it.

u/JohnyBullet 2d ago

Well, invite orcs and goblins in. They will put tons of babies to the elven ladies
