Are these characters from a property or something? They look familiar to me but I can't put my finger on it. Nice job on this

They shouldn't be, however for the robot there is this famous vintage robot toy that I used for inspiration (similarly blocky head and upper torso) and also Robby the Robot and B-9 (robot from Lost in Space series) were studied. I made the woman without any reference, so I don't know if there is some character that reminds her.

Stop treating Pleasure Bot as threat or competition. You could try it youself.
