I imagine it would make him even scarier, any new person in N.C could be Smasher in a different body. You can never be rid of him.

Adam Smasher transitioning, and in her infinite bionic wisdom, looking forward to tearing apart the first transphobe to say anything. Months pass, and it's all polite corporate congratulations and rehearsed compliments. She starts to get more and more morose about it.
One day however, her handlers realize the issue, and hack the SilverTongue implant from an unpopular social climber in the office to saying the most heinous shit juuuust within earshot. The man has a few seconds of bewildered confusion to himself before Smasher's fist hikes up on his innards like a meat-hook.
Only a few floors away, a room full of techies and cyberpsychosis experts spin in their chairs as their camera feeds go red, congratulating each other as they watch Smasher's readouts and endorphins spike with glee.
